TERMS OF SERVICES

Copyright of the commissioned works belongs to the artist. (Synth)

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I do not authorize using it for commercial or profit-making purposes.

ALLOWED: merch for personal use, YouTube thumbnail (Prior consultation required)

NOT ALLOWED: mass merch production

Clients may upload the commission to social media, or use it as a profile picture or header, as long as the artist (Synth) is credited.

I DO NOT authorize to sell commissions as NFTs / feed any AI generator / edit and trace.
I (Synth) reserve rights to:

refuse the request for any reason.

cancel the work in progress at any time. (refer: CANCELLATION / REFUND)

distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the commissioned work

The work will be used solely for self-promotion (commission samples, art portfolio)

I do not accept requests for private commissions.

Detailed designs are accepted depending on the amount of available references. (e.g. 3D model files which can be used)
PROCESS / DELIVERY TIME
Work on the commission will start once the deposit has been processed.
Illustrations may take a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month from the date of payment to completion.
Animations may take a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months.

Clients can make up to 3 editing requests per stage.
More than 3 requests will incur an additional fee.

Prices are written in USD. (ENG page)
Payment is upfront, and received only through PayPal.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
Clients may cancel their commission at any time, but a work-in-progress file will not be provided.
Refunds are available under the following circumstances.

"line, flat colour" was shown to the client
If the artist (synth) needs to cancel the commission,
clients will be notified in advance and will receive a full refund regardless of the commission's progress.
